Integrity Management Services, Inc. seeks a remote, full-time Tester: Data Analytics & Technology to support quality assurance activities for data analytics tools within a federal healthcare program. In this role, the Tester will execute manual testing, check data accuracy, and validate analytical outputs for tools and technologies. This position suits technical professionals with a background in software testing, data validation, or quality assurance who want to work in a flexible workplace environment. The annual salary range for this U.S. remote position is $45,000 to $65,000.
Responsibilities
- Design and run manual test cases for assigned analytical tools and technologies
- Confirm business rules, data accuracy, analytical outputs, and tool functionality
- Log, document, and monitor testing defects and results
- Conduct regression testing and work alongside technical groups to address problems
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, data validation, or related technical testing
- Proven background in creating and executing manual test cases
- Experience validating or testing at least one of the following: Python notebooks and analytical processes, SQL scripts and database outputs, BusinessObjects analytical reports, or AI chatbots and AI-enabled applications
- Strong technical documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Background working with Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare claims data
- Practical knowledge of Python or SQL
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
- Experience working with federal healthcare programs
