Wise seeks an Experienced IT Support Specialist to join its User Technology team at the Hyderabad location. Wise focuses on building borderless money services while providing a seamless technology experience for its workforce across twenty offices globally. The User Technology division consists of autonomous engineering and support units covering device management, network infrastructure, service management, user access management, and event technology. The broader global team comprises one hundred technicians and engineers dedicated to supporting employees.
This role involves keeping equipment secure and operating optimally, ensuring staff members have the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively. Daily activities include resolving technical issues across Windows and Apple platforms, managing endpoints via Intune and Kandji, handling procurement and vendor relationships, and onboarding new staff members. Candidates will also document procedures, develop reference guides, and maintain efficient ticket management practices.
