Job Description
NICE Ltd. is a global enterprise whose software solutions are utilized by over 25,000 organizations, including a vast majority of Fortune 100 companies, to combat financial crime, guarantee public safety, and enhance customer experiences. Actimize Professional Services is currently hiring a Services Sales Manager, operating specifically as a Principal, Strategic Services Sales.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused exclusively on driving unattached, post-license strategic services sales into existing financial services, banking, and insurance clients across the EMEA region. The position requires a self-directed hunter with deep expertise in Financial Crime and Compliance, such as AML and fraud. The chosen candidate will independently originate, shape, and close large, complex, multi-year engagements encompassing transformational consulting, advisory, and managed services without attaching to new software license transactions.
The role involves extensive collaboration with regional account teams, leading client workshops, structuring commercial terms, and protecting margin and delivery quality. Travel across the EMEA market is necessary when appropriate for client engagement and closing deals. NICE Ltd. operates as an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute actionable services growth plans for priority EMEA accounts by analyzing the installed base and identifying whitespace.
- Generate and shape demand by leading client workshops, executive briefings, and value-discovery sessions independently of new license sales.
- Engage credibly with senior business, technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders to translate financial crime challenges into clear service outcomes.
- Construct complex, multi-year services propositions including value cases, scope, delivery models, commercial structures, pricing, and roadmaps.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for services deals from early discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- Partner with regional account executives and sales leaders to coordinate account governance and aligned strategies.
- Build durable client relationships to uncover adjacent needs and extend the value of current engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Professional Services, software sales, product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, finance, and partners to secure expertise for winning deals.
- Maintain post-sale continuity through mobilisation and key executive checkpoints to ensure value translation and early risk identification.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline, accurate forecasts, and rigorous opportunity governance while protecting margin and delivery feasibility.
Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience independently originating and selling complex, high-value consulting-led, transformation, or managed services into large financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Crime and Compliance including AML, fraud, sanctions, KYC, and financial crime operations.
- Proven ability to construct and close large, strategic, multi-stakeholder services deals encompassing value propositions, commercial modeling, and negotiation.
- Practical familiarity with fixed-price, time-and-materials, managed services, and outcome-based commercial models.
- Demonstrated experience building account-level services growth plans and converting insights into qualified pipeline.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working across EMEA markets and navigating matrixed, culturally diverse organizations.
Qualifications
- A background in Financial Crime and Compliance consulting.
