Fieldwire by Hilti is seeking an SMB Construction Success Manager to join its remote team in the United States. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized customer accounts, guiding them through platform deployments, software training sessions, and continuous engagement programs. Fieldwire provides a digital construction platform trusted globally to streamline operations, unite field and office teams, and reduce administrative tasks.
This position is well-suited for proactive construction professionals with experience utilizing software to organize and oversee building projects. Team members collaborate with clients worldwide to comprehend operational challenges, share industry best practices, and facilitate account expansion. Responsibilities
- Master the Fieldwire platform features and learn optimal configuration practices
- Integrate the software smoothly into the day-to-day workflows of clients by understanding their specific technology stack and building needs
- Perform proactive outreach to small and medium accounts to discover pain points and identify opportunities for increased platform value
- Deliver web-based demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers
- Identify customer issues, share feedback with the product team, and troubleshoot technical questions
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in the construction industry, ideally combining field and office management duties
- Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of the construction lifecycle from initial design to final completion
- General understanding of how various project participants interact to maintain schedules and budgets
