Responsibilities

  • Establish and model a high-performance culture for the software engineering team.
  • Mentor and grow senior technical leaders to foster a durable culture of engineering excellence.
  • Lead architecture for Enterprise AI engineering platforms and products through cross-product reviews and shared standards.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive partners to shape future strategic directions.
  • Solve complex engineering problems at enterprise scale.
  • Deliver presentations to executive leadership regarding AI engineering deliverables and plans.
  • Partner across verticals including support, sales, marketing, and operations to build and implement AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team environment centered on continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to set technical vision and strategy at an enterprise or company-wide level.
  • Expertise in system design, reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization for large-scale architectures.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and resolving highly complex, ambiguous technical problems.
  • Proven record of mentoring senior engineering talent and elevating organizational standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, influence, and leadership skills.
