In this role, the successful candidate will build and improve software solutions using AI-native workflows and a spec-driven development approach. Operating under the supervision of senior technical personnel, the Software Developer II utilizes GitHub Copilot and AI agents to produce code and automated tests. Responsibilities
- Build .NET applications from high-level specifications utilizing AI agents and GitHub Copilot
- Verify that AI-generated code meets security and functional needs by maintaining a test-first approach
- Collaborate across functional areas alongside design and product groups to hit delivery targets
- Decrease technical debt through maintainable code practices and established standards
- Keep abreast of technology developments and improve multi-LLM workflow capabilities
Requirements
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development
- Experience using VS Code and GitHub Copilot
- Working knowledge of .NET 6 or higher
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, Git, and RESTful web services
