In this role, the software developer will collaborate closely with product teams, designers, and Principal Engineers to build and improve applications by overseeing AI intent within a spec-driven development framework. The professional will act as a technical leader, organizing AI agents to produce deployment-ready code and automated testing while applying multi-LLM workflows for verification and quality assurance. Ideal candidates will possess an advanced understanding of the .NET ecosystem and the entire software development life cycle. Responsibilities involve guiding multi-LLM processes, scaling systemic efficiency across the ecosystem, mentoring senior and level-II engineers, engaging with stakeholders on product roadmaps, and maintaining strict security, performance, and maintenance benchmarks. Responsibilities
- Manage multi-LLM workflows and establish best practices for AI-driven coding and verification
- Create broad solutions that add value across the entire technological ecosystem while addressing technical debt
- Mentor senior and level-II engineering personnel to foster high performance
- Partner with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and optimize the spec-driven development framework
- Verify that all AI-generated solutions comply with rigorous security, performance, and maintainability standards
Requirements
- Advanced mastery of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, spec-driven development, and AI-driven debugging
- Expert knowledge of .NET 6+ with C#
- Expertise in SQL
- Advanced Git experience
- Extensive experience with unit testing
- Expertise in RESTful web services
- Advanced knowledge of messaging and queuing
- Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
- Eight or more years of experience in solution delivery and technical leadership
