- Gather hardware and OS reconnaissance from the device fleet to share with browser and antiban teams.
- Construct precise per-device metrics for uptime, drop-off rates, bandwidth, and success rates.
- Implement peer-level support for captcha solving and browser rendering tasks.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation, manage post-mortems, and execute deployment improvements.
- Author Request For Discussion documents, review system architecture designs, and elevate engineering standards.

- Demonstrated cross-platform Rust expertise across at least two operating systems including Windows, macOS, or Android, with at least one mobile platform.
- Hands-on familiarity with FFI integrating Rust with C or C++ libraries and native OS APIs like JNI, NDK, Win32, or POSIX.
- Thorough understanding of TCP, TLS, and HTTP protocols at the packet level.
- Experience building observable systems and managing operational reliability without direct physical device access.
Qualifications
- Previous experience building or operating residential networks, proxy systems, peer-to-peer applications, or device farms.
- Knowledge of browser internals including Chromium, Cronet, Firefox networking, or anti-detection technologies.
- Background in distributed systems design such as orchestrators or control planes for large-scale fleets.
- Familiarity with the technical hurdles of web scraping at scale.
- Active participation in open-source communities focused on Rust, networking, or mobile software.
Core Skills
Benefits
- Full schedule autonomy and flexibility in a high-trust, remote-first workplace.
