This hands-on position requires a full-stack generalist who can move fluidly between organic-traffic engineering and customer engagement tooling. - Create internal tooling and automation to minimize quality assurance and setup duration.
- Troubleshoot rendering bugs and logic faults across devices, handling triage and root-cause analysis.
- Partner with product managers, marketing specialists, and designers to define technical requirements and deliver shared goals.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and launch complete full-stack features independently from creation to production rollout.
- Hands-on experience utilizing React and Next.js for componentizing interfaces and compiling production HTML.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and responsive email development focusing on accessibility and rendering fidelity.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and data engineering principles, including schema optimization and exposure to Airflow or dbt.
- Experience building and testing REST API integrations with secure, privacy-compliant data handling.
- Ability to write performant code, implement effective logging and metrics, and resolve system bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Experience with search engine optimization initiatives, answer engine optimization for large language models, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with templating and personalization languages such as Liquid or AMPscript.
- Experience utilizing enterprise service provider platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
