Job Description
Canonical is seeking an Engineering Manager for its container and virtualisation infrastructure work. The team is building a next-generation private cloud that combines KVM, Ceph and software-defined networking into a data-centre-scale platform aimed at edge and core business rollouts. The goal is a cloud that is simple to operate and reliable enough for mission-critical workloads.
The manager runs a team of remote engineers, grows their skills through coaching, mentoring and hands-on career support, and sets clear expectations with engineering teams, senior leaders and outside partners.
