Accenture is seeking a Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP within the Americas. In this role, you will act as a key growth driver by combining sales enablement, content creation, market insights, and CFO engagement to elevate win rates and pursuit quality. Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong partnerships with industry, market, and offering leaders across the Americas to design pursuit strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Drive content creation across various geographies, industries, offerings, and ecosystem partnerships while filling any existing material gaps.
- Deliver tailored messaging, strategic perspectives, and client-ready assets for high-priority pursuits while managing the regional content repository.
- Facilitate CFO engagement through roundtables, Labs, and early opportunity cultivation to expand the sales pipeline.
- Contribute to partner-specific go-to-market strategies and ecosystem narratives.
- Coordinate with EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory teams to exchange best practices, lessons learned, and content.
- Collaborate with the Global Solution Advisory Lead and regional leadership to prioritize initiatives and guide function growth.
Requirements
- Possess either a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of work experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
- Bring at least 10 years of consulting background at a top-tier firm, or 14 plus years of finance function experience, with a combined background preferred.
- Maintain U.S. work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
- Ensure eligibility, confirming not currently employed by an Accenture client or affiliated business.
Qualifications
- Background in go-to-market strategy, business development, or sales.
- Extensive expertise in finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating thought leadership content, analyst submissions, or general business materials.
- Familiarity working alongside ecosystem partners like Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
