Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and creation of customized FSM solutions for energy and utility clients
- Produce thorough architectural blueprints detailing data flows, technical specifications, and system integrations
- Supervise technical execution, verifying adherence to project schedules and architectural designs
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, and business analysts across cross-functional teams
- Meet with clients to analyze operational challenges, business processes, and project requirements
- Recruit, mentor, and foster the professional development of technical personnel
- Define and uphold quality standards, coding guidelines, and integration protocols through regular design reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Field Service Management or comparable systems with a focus on utilities and energy
- Demonstrated history of leading complex FSM deployments and integrating with enterprise technology stacks including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Datawarehouses
- Practical background developing web-based applications utilizing tools such as XML, JSON, HTML 5, and AngularJS
- Familiarity with cloud-based FSM platforms like Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ServiceNow FSM, and Click
- Working knowledge of cloud architectures including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience designing and building enterprise integrations utilizing SOAP and REST web services
- Background operating inside Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
