RainFocus is seeking a remote Solution Consultant to join its Client Success department and drive post-sale implementations for enterprise clients. The software company provides an event management platform used by large organizations such as Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, and VMware to manage virtual, in-person, and hybrid gatherings. In this role, the professional will partner with Solution Architects to configure the software, lead client workshops, map out business needs, and educate customer administrators on best practices.

Solution Consultants act as thought leaders within the client success team, guiding projects from conception to completion while juggling multiple priorities. Team members may also be expected to travel domestically or internationally up to twenty percent of the time.

Responsibilities
- Master the software platform and configure the system to meet client needs

- Deliver progress reports and effort estimates to project managers

Requirements
- Possess two to seven years of software implementation experience
- Demonstrate SaaS delivery experience through platform configuration rather than custom development
- Bring experience implementing SaaS software for enterprise-level clients
- Be capable of domestic or international travel up to 20 percent of the time
