Job Description

New Law Business Model operates a nationwide community of over 800 Personal Family Lawyer firms, providing frameworks, membership products, education, tools, and automated systems designed to help lawyers modernize their practices. The organization is currently hiring a full-time Solutions Engineer for Customer Success on a remote basis.

In this position, you will independently troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the technical architecture powering the Accelerator platform. You will investigate complex technical difficulties, trace problems to their root causes, execute and test solutions, and document processes to minimize recurring issues. Acting as a systems navigator, technical troubleshooter, educator, and client advocate, you will assist users with patience and clarity.

The role suits individuals with strong problem-solving skills who can manage technical support from discovery to resolution while helping members understand the underlying mechanics. Candidates must be comfortable administering platforms such as GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts, and possess familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication protocols. The position requires a minimum four-hour core schedule overlap with Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical troubleshooting from initial discovery through final resolution, performing root-cause analysis, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Guide members through technical issues using Loom, email, or phone channels, explaining concepts clearly so they can handle similar situations independently.
  • Administer the Accelerator technology stack across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Asana, and related connected systems.
  • Execute approved account builds, updates, pauses, reactivations, migrations, and technical closeout tasks while configuring workflows, pipelines, calendars, and forms.
  • Investigate email deliverability, phone and SMS systems, domains, DNS configurations, data issues, and integrations.
  • Utilize approved integration tools and AI assistants to interpret error messages and investigate member requests.
  • Examine APIs, webhooks, logs, authentication mechanisms, and field mappings while documenting results and safeguarding confidential information.
  • Identify patterns across recurring technical issues to recommend repeatable fixes, documentation updates, and automation improvements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on administrative and troubleshooting experience with GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with workflows, pipelines, snapshots, calendars, forms, permissions, and account configurations.
  • Practical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, JSON, logs, data mapping, email, phone and SMS, DNS, and calendar integrations.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in plain language and guide clients via Loom or Zoom.
  • Availability to meet a minimum four-hour core schedule overlap with Pacific Time.
  • Compliance with a Bring Your Own Device model, providing a personal computer and internet connection with at least 16GB RAM.

Qualifications

  • Prior operational experience in law firms or professional services.
  • Familiarity with estate planning operations.
  • Experience with Keap, Lawmatics, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Background in data migrations, financial reconciliation, or light JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python coding.

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Full-time employment working 40 hours per week.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance packages.
  • 401(k) retirement program.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Opportunities for career growth and leadership development.
  • Reimbursement for reasonable and necessary business expenses, including a monthly internet and technology allowance where required by law.
