Coins.ph is hiring a Solutions Engineer for pre-sales in Manila on a full-time hybrid basis. The role works with sales and product teams to design and demonstrate technical solutions for prospective partners and enterprise clients. Tasks include product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, integration guides and architecture diagrams, drafting proposals and RFP responses, and relaying customer feedback to product teams.
Responsibilities
- Propose tailored Coins.ph solutions together with the account manager or sales team.
- Run product demos, technical presentations and proof-of-concept sessions for prospects.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration guides and solution architecture diagrams.
- Draft proposals, RFP responses and solution overviews, and relay customer feedback to product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years or more as a solutions engineer, pre-sales engineer or technical consultant.
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital payments is a plus.
- Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
