Job Description

This position focuses on the comprehensive management of the sportsbook product rather than narrow risk management alone. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports betting, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision-making under pressure. Working hours are determined by business needs and specifically require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage live betting markets in real time for assigned sports and events
Adjust odds proactively based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity
Execute liability-aware decisions including price moves, market suspension, and stake or limit considerations
Ensure pricing remains competitive against key operators such as Bet365 and Pinnacle
Operate within and adjust event templates and market tiers when necessary
Monitor and respond to sharp or arbitrage activity
Track exposure and performance utilizing internal tools
Contribute to process optimization and live trading improvements

Requirements

Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Possess good all-round sports betting knowledge alongside a strong interest in betting and odds
Demonstrate excellent mathematical skills and a data-obsessed approach
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to multitask, work under pressure, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Display exceptional time management skills, high attention to detail, and precision in delivery
Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and within a team setting

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in a relevant analytical discipline such as mathematics or business
One to two years of experience working in a trading environment or assessing and calculating risk in finance or insurance
