The organization is currently hiring an intern for its Speakers division for the Spring 2027 semester. This paid internship provides participants with the chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world operations while also learning about other company departments through educational lunch and learns.
The internship operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring participants to report to the New York office approximately three days per week. Interns are expected to work between 24 and 29.9 hours per week during standard office hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or as arranged with an advisor. The program begins on January 11, 2027, and concludes on May 6, 2027. Participants are solely responsible for their own housing and transportation arrangements. Responsibilities
- Assist with outbound prospecting efforts
- Research corporate buyers and event planners to find key decision-makers
- Construct target lead lists tailored to individual talent
- Track and record corporate and association planning cycles alongside annual conference calendars
- Handle inbound opportunities when appropriate
- Prepare speaker-specific pitch briefs to support senior sellers
- Contribute to building a talent bank of speakers for pitch proposals
