Pinterest is seeking a Senior Ads Product Marketing Manager to join the tvScientific by Pinterest team, which operates a performance TV platform combining media buying, optimization, measurement, and attribution for advertisers. In this hands-on, strategic position, the professional will lead the go-to-market strategy specifically for the Measure and Optimize product areas.

This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced ad-tech or B2B SaaS professional who excels at translating complex technical capabilities and data science insights into clear narratives. The person in this role will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Pinterest Ads teams to guide product positioning, messaging, launch planning, and ongoing adoption initiatives.

Pinterest embraces AI as a partner in its workflow, and candidates will be evaluated on how they incorporate AI into their processes while retaining final decision-making authority. The role requires working from an office 1-2 times per quarter for in-person collaboration, allowing the professional to be situated anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Measure and Optimize product units, covering audience definition, messaging, promotions, and adoption.
  • Convert technical product features and measurement methodologies into clear value propositions for internal teams, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to gather market and performance insights that guide product strategy and commercialization.
  • Develop market-ready stories backed by data science and analytics to prove the value of specific platform capabilities.
  • Build launch and enablement materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, positioning frameworks, and training content.
  • Manage cross-functional launch working groups by establishing milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths.
  • Track adoption and performance metrics alongside commercial teams to refine messaging and future go-to-market plans.
  • Leverage AI tools for content automation and research while validating accuracy and maintaining ownership of final outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related ad tech, CTV, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS roles.
  • Demonstrated background bringing complex technical products or features to market from positioning through post-launch optimization.
  • Strong familiarity with advertising measurement, attribution, optimization, CTV, programmatic advertising, or ad-tech domains.
  • Proven capability to turn technical concepts and analytics into customer-focused narratives.
  • Solid analytical judgment utilizing market and product performance data to drive recommendations.
  • Experience driving alignment across cross-functional partners including Product, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing.
  • High level of written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity using AI tools for research, analysis, or content workflows with disciplined validation practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background working in a high-growth, startup-like environment engaging with advertisers, agencies, or ad-tech commercial teams.
