The organization is currently seeking a Sr. AI Solution Architect to join the team on a full-time basis.
In this capacity, you will embed directly within multiple internal business units including Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and Support. Working alongside a Senior Business Architect and a departmental operator, you will design, build, launch, measure, and iterate upon custom AI workflows, automated systems, and operational agents. This position focuses heavily on delivering measurable production value through three to four product launches annually, rather than conducting research or performing standard software engineering tasks.
The role requires balancing technical execution with governance, acting as a technical reviewer for intake requests while also empowering everyday users through tailored enablement services. Success in this position is measured by creating reusable patterns, maintaining compliance with security standards, and ensuring business stakeholders ultimately own and expand the solutions you establish.
Responsibilities
- Embed inside various business functions to map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions from discovery through production monitoring
- Construct automation tools and agent workflows using orchestration layers such as Salesforce, Agentforce, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Slack, and AWS frontier model APIs
- Partner with IT, Security, and Engineering teams to establish shared production foundations including model access, identity permissions, data connectivity, and logging
- Evaluate vendor AI tools, conduct proofs of concept, and determine whether configuration, custom builds, or existing vendor platforms are most appropriate
- Review internal AI intake requests for data exposure risks, security posture, and feasibility, recommending safe build paths that comply with regulations
- Instrument deployed solutions with baselines, metrics, and executive-ready dashboards to track return on investment alongside the company measurement program
- Design user enablement services such as template libraries, office hours, and guided workflows to coach power users and foster internal adoption
Requirements
- Have 5 or more years of experience building and shipping technical solutions in business contexts such as business systems, solutions engineering, integration, or automation
- Bring 2 or more years of hands-on experience working with LLM-based systems in production environments, covering agent frameworks, retrieval, tool calling, and prompt design
- Demonstrate working proficiency in Python or JavaScript with comfort using APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and authentication methods like OAuth and SSO
- Possess experience utilizing enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Jira, and modern data warehouses
- Show a proven track record of working directly alongside non-technical teams to transform complex processes into functional systems
Qualifications
- Prior background in forward-deployed roles, solutions architecture, or embedded consulting
- Hands-on familiarity with Agentforce, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, and Model Context Protocol integrations
- Experience utilizing intelligent automation platforms like Power Automate, Workato, n8n, or UiPath
- Exposure to strict control environments including SOX or FedRAMP
- Previous experience working within a security, Public Key Infrastructure, or trust-focused business environment
