Strive Health seeks a Sr. Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Product team. Strive Health focuses on transforming chronic condition care through earlier risk identification, coordinated support, and reduced emergency visits. In this position, the professional will operate within either the Patient Interventions or Patient Engagement digital product portfolios, reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product.
The person in this role will partner with clinicians, engineers, and operators to execute the digital product vision, optimize clinical workflows, minimize administrative tasks, and implement responsible AI-driven automation. Duties encompass managing a value stream, conducting product discovery, acting as the voice of the customer, and collaborating within an Agile software development life cycle. Candidates must possess the ability to navigate complex challenges, drive alignment among cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to establish key performance indicators and prioritize initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a digital product value stream, including execution of the product vision and roadmap
- Partner with leadership to establish product goals, key performance indicators, and business outcomes
- Lead product discovery processes and serve as the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data science teams in an Agile environment
- Analyze market dynamics, digital health trends, value-based care models, and AI-enabled workflows
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the organization to gain trust and drive execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product operations, sprint delivery, and backlog hygiene
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of five years of product management or related experience
- At least four years of experience working in an agile environment or at a healthcare delivery organization
- Reliable transportation, active driver license, and ability to travel regionally
- Internet connectivity with minimum download and upload speeds of 3.0Mbps and 3.8Mbps
Qualifications
- Understanding of digital health ecosystems, healthcare data interoperability, and clinical workflow technology
- Track record in digital health platforms, population health, or value-based care
- Experience leading digital patient experience initiatives across mobile, web, or omnichannel formats
- Ability to translate product vision into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI and large language model solutions responsibly
- Experience operating within a pod-based software development life cycle model alongside engineering and data science teams
