Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle planning for retail and internal events, overseeing budgets, vendors, logistics, client relations, and tax reporting
- Collaborate with senior vice presidents and above to guarantee the F&G experience reaches advisors through meticulous planning and relevant content
- Represent the organization to strategic partners in order to utilize advisor education and thought leadership opportunities
- Administer event registration platforms to ensure an efficient and user-friendly experience for advisors
- Identify continuous improvement methods to elevate the overall advisor experience
Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in insurance or financial marketing corporate events
- Demonstrate strong writing and PowerPoint capabilities
- Show familiarity with annuity products and financial services sales environments
- Exhibit excellent listening skills to accurately interpret sales team objectives and requests
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
- Bring exposure to marketing aimed at independent marketing organizations
