In this remote position, the post-holder operates at the intersection of Go-To-Market strategy, marketing operations, and advanced data modeling. This role suits analytical strategists who want to translate deep technical data skills into concrete business decisions, as well as specialized marketers ready to own the entire marketing lifecycle from budget allocation to executive scorecards.
The company maintains a remote-first work environment, though occasional in-person gatherings, functional off-sites, and customer meetings may be required. Responsibilities
- Manage regular operating rhythms, quarterly pipeline generation targets, and marketing budget allocation frameworks alongside leadership
- Develop investment proposals, scenario models, and ROI forecasts to secure funding for new marketing initiatives
- Design and execute automated marketing triggers using Python or SQL notebooks to feed target accounts into sales workflows
- Oversee end-to-end pipeline attribution models across sales, marketing, and partner channels
- Establish account tiering and segmentation logic within Salesforce and 6sense or Segment to improve lead routing
- Partner with central data science teams on broader marketing frameworks while executing custom scenario analyses
- Maintain and update Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting assets using GitHub version control
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing analytics, Go-To-Market strategy, revenue operations, or business intelligence within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
- Advanced technical expertise in complex SQL and proficiency in Python or R
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise-grade executive scorecards and self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Looker
- Functional familiarity with Salesforce data architecture, campaign hierarchies, lead routing rules, and marketing automation systems
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating directly with directors and vice presidents to guide operational decisions
Qualifications
- Experience using customer data platforms and intent tools such as Segment, 6sense, and Marketo
- Background in marketing modeling, multi-touch attribution, and customer lifetime value analyses
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows for analytics version control
- Interest or prior background working in social impact, non-profit, or public sector technology spaces
