Job Description

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider headquartered in Riyadh, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to set and lead product direction for its ERP in the Middle East and Egypt. The company's products have handled more than six billion orders, and it serves customers across many countries.

The ERP is designed as an AI-native platform linked to Foodics Financial Services. The product manager designs workflows that carry financial activity from the moment a transaction is captured through to reporting, and ensures compliance with tax rules in Saudi Arabia (ZATCA), the UAE (VAT) and Egypt. Scope includes VAT, e-invoicing and regulatory filings, AI-driven rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation, automatic categorization of POS, payment and expense transactions, and connections to POS, payments, inventory, payroll, expenses and banking.

The role converts vision into roadmaps, requirement documents and execution plans, and ranks work by customer value, regulatory necessity and scalability. It includes researching regional ERP products and regulatory environments, and gathering input from bookkeepers, restaurant operators and finance staff. Candidates need five to six years in product management, plus earlier ERP exposure, grounding in accounting principles and a record of building tax-compliant products. A fintech background is a plus.
