The company is currently hiring a Sr. Product Manager, Search Personalization to work on its core search functionality in San Francisco. This full-time position is situated on-site with requirements to visit the office one to two times per quarter.
In this role, the professional will shape the search personalization roadmap and strategy, integrating advanced machine learning capabilities to help users discover relevant content and products. The ideal candidate brings strong product sense, a track record of building AI or machine learning products, and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and legal teams is central to the position.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive Search Personalization strategy alongside product, engineering, and design stakeholders
- Integrate new search personalization capabilities into existing models that address user intent
- Build features that assist users in locating inspiration, browsing items, and making purchases
- Analyze and propose methods to enhance search result relevance
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines including engineering, data science, research, marketing, legal, and strategy to measure and execute product plans
Requirements
- Demonstrated product management experience or related work at fast-growing companies focusing on AI or machine learning products
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and align across multiple teams
- Strong analytical skills combining data, user feedback, and intuition to steer product decisions
- Availability to work from the office for in-person collaboration one to two times per quarter
