Responsibilities
- Develop probabilistic models for identity resolution to link on-platform and off-platform actions while protecting privacy.
- Manage the statistical methodology behind Brand and Conversion Lift products and build infrastructure for large-scale testing.
- Formulate strategies for new signal sources, mathematically quantify their value, and help modeling groups integrate them to boost bidding efficiency and ROAS.
- Design objective functions and truth sets to validate identity graphs and measure incremental impact.
- Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to translate insights into execution and mentor peers on modeling and experimentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery in at least one key domain such as large-scale measurement and experimentation, identity graph creation, or predictive modeling with signal loss.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages like Python or R.
- Deep familiarity with experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
- Solid understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and guide cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous conditions.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as a Master's or Ph.D. in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Operations Research.
- At least 10 years of applied science or data science industry experience for Master's degree holders.
- At least 6 years of applied science or data science industry experience for Ph.D. holders.
