In this role, you will define the architectural patterns, engineering standards, and 12 to 18-month roadmap for a platform domain moving toward an AI-first, self-service infrastructure. Rather than writing every piece of code yourself, you will act as a multiplier, creating the capability and environment for engineering teams across the organization to ship secure and scalable applications autonomously.

- Formulate a coherent 12 to 18-month technical direction for the platform with defined milestones and trade-offs

- Drive broad platform adoption by reducing friction and eliminating bottlenecks for common provisioning and deployment tasks
- Embed standards for security, reliability, and operational excellence into everyday building practices
- Mentor senior engineers by providing technical challenges, constructive feedback, and exposure to complex problems
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience defining platform architecture, standards, and patterns over a multi-quarter horizon
