The organization seeks a Staff Product Designer to join its fully distributed team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Design, this full-time role involves steering projects from initial ideation through to final launch. Designers collaborate directly with engineering professionals to establish high product standards, develop intuitive features, and shape strategic direction.

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers, design colleagues, and leadership to convert complex product hurdles and strategies into well-defined initiatives
- Produce high-caliber visual designs, prototypes, and interactions that translate product vision into tangible user experiences
- Utilize AI-driven design tools and workflows to develop artifacts for testing and validating innovative ideas and features
- Contribute to the enterprise design system to guarantee a scalable and unified visual language across the platform
- Execute user research activities to discover user frustrations and apply insights toward guiding design choices
- Represent the design group by sustaining high standards and collaborating on thoughtful choices at every phase
Requirements
- Possess at least seven years of product design experience within fast-paced environments
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional peers in engineering, design, and product to build strategy and feature rationales
- Provide a portfolio featuring case studies that highlight foundational skills in typography, interaction design, visual design, and shipped work
- Demonstrate the capacity to handle intricate problems and convert them into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Exhibit the ability to transition between high-level strategic thinking and fine-grained design execution
- Bring a strong comprehension of design systems, their evolution, and future trajectories
