This position focuses on two key initiatives: updating the infrastructure that handles critical transactional messaging across multiple channels, and developing shared capabilities to unify marketing and transactional interactions. The person in this role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, operations, and legal departments to determine product strategy, execute launches, and drive internal adoption.

Responsibilities
- Formulate the product roadmap and strategy for the communications platform by balancing business goals, technical opportunities, and user needs
- Drive complex platform projects through every phase from initial strategy to launch and organization-wide adoption
- Partner with engineering teams to modernize communication infrastructure and create shared capabilities across transactional and marketing messaging
- Establish strong internal relationships to ensure upcoming products, markets, and customer journeys incorporate communication platform plans early on
- Determine channel, partner, and platform strategy while making thoughtful build-versus-buy choices
- Evaluate technical and business trade-offs regarding reliability, scalability, customer experience, speed, regulatory needs, and financial cost
- Establish clear performance metrics driven by operational, customer, and business signals to prioritize investments
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of product management background or equivalent functional history
- Demonstrated track record of guiding complex products or platforms from conception through adoption
- Prior hands-on experience building technically complex products or underlying platform infrastructure
- Strong product judgment capable of translating ambiguous challenges into clear strategies
- Technical fluency enabling deep collaboration with engineering on architecture, scalability, and system reliability
