Job Description
Affirm is seeking a full-time, remote Staff Product Manager, Consumer Growth Loyalty to build and lead a brand-new consumer rewards and loyalty program from scratch. In this role, you will define the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for member tiers, earn mechanics, and redemption options across the mobile app, checkout surfaces, and post-purchase experiences. You will design engagement loops like milestones and personalized offers to turn one-time borrowers into weekly active users, while directly managing program economics such as reward liability and merchant-funded offers. This position involves close collaboration with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to ensure regulatory compliance and clear disclosures. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in product management, a strong background in fintech, consumer apps, or neobanks, and a proven history of launching zero-to-one products. You will guide embedded engineering and design pods through ambiguity, establish measurement foundations including incrementality and LTV, and defend financial models and payback metrics to leadership. Affirm operates as a remote-first company with flexibility built in, allowing this role to be performed from almost anywhere within the country of employment, though some travel for an in-person onboarding experience may be required.

- Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality, attribution, and LTV measurement
- Experience shipping consumer financial or regulated products in partnership with risk and legal teams
