The firm is currently seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Security to join the Compliance Technical Program Management group in San Francisco.

This position suits an experienced technical program manager who possesses deep expertise in the security domain and strong technical judgment. In this role, the successful candidate will lead complex, multi-organization security programs across the enterprise. The job requires shaping strategic roadmaps, collaborating closely with engineering and product leaders, and partnering with teams such as Platforms, Trust and Safety, and Growth.

A core aspect of this position involves an AI-first execution mindset. Professionals in this role will leverage generative artificial intelligence to streamline workflows, draft program artifacts, and manage operational tasks while maintaining safety-by-design standards. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous technical insight with strong cross-functional communication to drive accountability, manage risk, and deliver measurable outcomes across foundational platform systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, ambiguous, and multi-organizational Security programs covering planning, dependencies, decision-making, and communications.
  • Partner with Security leadership and Engineering Leads to execute annual strategic planning and map priorities to actionable roadmaps.
  • Drive coordination across Security, Product, Engineering, Platforms, Trust and Safety, and Growth teams.
  • Establish operational cadences for priority security projects, including milestones, governance, risk management, and executive status reporting.
  • Guide teams in delivering enhancements for vulnerability management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and production versus development separation.
  • Utilize generative AI to automate workflows, build initial drafts of program materials, track dependencies, and synthesize data for risk insights.
  • Adhere to company AI governance policies regarding sensitive data, output validation, and safety-by-design compliance.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of technical program management or closely related experience leading large-scale programs across multiple teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in information security, risk, or compliance.
  • At least 5 years of big data or cloud experience.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic, cross-functional programs within security, infrastructure, or platform domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a Staff level by owning ambiguous programs, influencing executives, and driving outcomes.
  • Strong technical judgment to evaluate system tradeoffs, spot risks early, and partner with engineering leadership.
  • Experience developing metrics, health frameworks, and executive reports linking execution to business goals.

Qualifications

  • Background in security programs, abuse or anti-automation, fraud, account security, PCI compliance, vulnerability management, business continuity, disaster recovery, or access governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools to accelerate planning, streamline operations, and manage communications.
  • Experience in workflow design, basic scripting or tool creation, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, risk assessment, model validation, and traceability.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
