The organization is currently seeking a Strategic Finance professional to address complex business matters, manage corporate budgets, steer planning cycles, and optimize resource deployment. This full-time position operates on-site in Austin, and can also be based out of United States hubs in San Francisco or New York, or performed remotely from within the United States.
The role involves multiple potential focus areas. The Go-To-Market path centers on sales business forecasting and resourcing. The Corporate path handles revenue and ARR close accuracy alongside financial modeling. The Growth path collaborates with engineering, design, and product groups to assess AI initiatives and experiment frameworks. Successful candidates will display strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity while collaborating cross-functionally.
Team members gain wide visibility into company operations and interact closely with executive leadership. Responsibilities span building operational plans, aligning performance metrics, and creating executive presentations. Responsibilities
- Establish agreement on core metrics and key performance indicators to track operating results and support business growth
- Construct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts alongside operating plans
- Establish cross-functional collaborations across the organization to generate insights and guide executive choices
- Manage, execute, and refine financial procedures supporting company operations
- Collaborate with Strategic Finance, RevOps, and Data Science teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and ARR data integrity
- Develop and present reports for executive leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer
- Incorporate artificial intelligence tools to streamline processes, boost precision, and accelerate operational speed
- Expand financial operating rhythms alongside overall business growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional background in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, business operations, or Big 4 audit
- Demonstrated background in financial planning and generating data-driven analyses
- Proven capacity to build operational procedures independently, structure intricate problems, and establish concrete execution plans
- Demonstrated capability to resolve problems autonomously, manage workloads, and meet delivery deadlines
- Track record of building professional relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions and levels
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Prior employment at a fast-scaling business-to-business software-as-a-service enterprise, preferably with go-to-market exposure
- Experience utilizing SQL or artificial intelligence tooling alongside deep familiarity with large datasets
