In this position, the professional will pilot and research initiatives focused on legal artificial intelligence model training and evaluation, guiding projects from their initial scope to operational execution.

This hands-on opportunity is well-suited for a legally trained professional who can bridge customer goals, regulatory expertise, and international delivery networks. Furthermore, the role requires building operational blueprints, quality benchmarks, expert guidelines, and workflows to transition successful trials into broad programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic legal pilots and research tasks for legal artificial intelligence model training and evaluation from scoping to operations
  • Validate projects to ensure they satisfy defined benchmarks concerning legal quality, financial cost, and operational feasibility
  • Determine the proper application of case law, contracts, statutes, regulatory filings, and legal reasoning for model training and evaluation
  • Address jurisdictional needs, confidentiality, and privilege during project execution
  • Establish workflows, expert criteria, quality frameworks, and operational blueprints to scale successful pilots into major programs

Requirements

  • Hold a Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
  • Bring a minimum of two years of experience in private practice, in-house roles, legal research, or regulatory and compliance work
  • Possess at least two years of experience directing complex projects, operational workflows, or subject-matter initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities when interacting with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and clients
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with artificial intelligence or machine learning companies, artificial intelligence labs, or data annotation and evaluation initiatives
  • Background in handling legal, technical, or data-intensive projects
  • Familiarity with contract analysis, litigation, legal research, regulatory and compliance tasks, or similar complex legal workflows

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Work on complex challenges that shape the future of artificial intelligence across industries and geographies
