Bosch seeks a Supply chain IT operations Support professional to handle B2B processes for semiconductor and sensor manufacturing. Based in Bengaluru with on-site work required from Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM IST and 6:00 PM IST, this full-time role involves managing adapter monitoring, SAP integration, error resolution, and supplier onboarding. The position is suited for an experienced detail-oriented candidate who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting integration issues, overseeing SAP system integrations, handling support mailboxes, and performing monthly data reconciliations. The chosen candidate will also prepare error reports, manage JIRA tickets, execute code changes for the Freight Transaction Layer, and generate analytical reports utilizing Qlik Sense and SAC Analytical Cloud. Work hours may occasionally extend past regular schedules, and weekend support may be required when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system or transaction-related issues for B2B processing
- Monitor and resolve errors related to integration adapters and the E2Open platform
- Oversee SAP system integrations to guarantee data consistency and resolve interface or IDoc problems
- Manage and respond to support queries and error notifications through shared mailboxes
- Perform monthly reconciliation activities to maintain data integrity across systems
- Prepare and distribute monthly error reports detailing trends, root causes, and resolutions
- Conduct supplier onboarding calls and manage setup, adapter configuration, and testing
- Validate and test new features during system upgrades for stability and compatibility
- Implement and test Freight Transaction Layer code changes
- Generate analytical reports using Qlik Sense and SAC Analytical Cloud
- Track and support JIRA tickets for technical issues, enhancements, and testing
- Coordinate requirements and collaborate cross-functional with global and regional teams
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze relational database data
- Basic Python knowledge for task automation, log parsing, or minor integrations
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- B.Tech or B.E degree
- Familiarity with E2Open, Jira, SAP MM, and SAC Analytical Cloud
