Cologix, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) for a temporary, fully remote role lasting four to five months to cover an employee leave. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Cologix operates as a network-neutral interconnection and hyperscale edge data center company, managing numerous digital edge and hyperscale edge data centers across the United States and Canada.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, this contractor will spearhead staffing operations to find and evaluate diverse talent for the Data Center Operations group. The position involves collaborating with departmental managers, writing accurate job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, guiding stakeholders through feedback sessions, and assisting with offer details. The individual will also maintain recruiting databases and the Lever Applicant Tracking System while ensuring adherence to local, state, provincial, and federal employment regulations.
Ideal candidates must be fluent in both French and English. Cologix is an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Manage job postings and advertising initiatives
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations to the hiring team
- Facilitate the interview process by attending and leading feedback sessions with managers, directors, and stakeholders
- Partner with hiring managers and human resources staff during the offer stage to recommend salary ranges, incentives, and start dates
- Ensure adherence to company policies as well as federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accuracy in recruiting databases and the Lever Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Availability for a temporary, 4-5 month contract covering a leave
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Previous recruiting experience within the telecommunications or Data Center industry
- Background in high-volume recruiting for operations-focused roles such as HVAC, Mechanical, and Technician positions
- Prior experience working in a recruiting agency
- Demonstrated ability in passive candidate sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
- At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with preference given to Lever experience
