NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in a remote capacity. As an innovator in AI, Salesforce, AWS, and Agentforce technologies, the organization builds intelligent workflows and conversational AI tools for clients. In this role, the selected professional will collaborate closely with department managers to understand hiring objectives, execute full life-cycle recruitment, and maintain a seamless, professional experience for candidates.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to determine staffing needs
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle including pre-screening, scheduling, salary negotiations, and onboarding
- Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to build candidate pipelines in specialized areas
- Deploy conventional and innovative sourcing methods to discover top talent through social media, career fairs, campus events, and networking
- Draft and issue candidate offer letters alongside compensation discussions
- Maintain job listings and assist in generating standard job descriptions
- Coordinate with practice leads to ensure consistent candidate communication and a positive journey
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure necessary paperwork is completed accurately
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience
- Recruitment background specifically within the Salesforce and or Amazon AWS space
- Proficiency with Google Suite including Word, Sheets, and Calendar
- Exceptional communication skills with comfort and confidence on the phone
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset combined with strong attention to detail
- Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
- Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing Greenhouse ATS
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
