To support rapid scaling, the company seeks a Talent Analyst Specialist to establish and manage the talent analytics function entirely from scratch.
This individual will bridge analytics, system administration, and employer branding. Responsibilities encompass creating weekly dashboards, automating reporting pipelines, setting data governance policies, collaborating closely with finance on workforce planning, and developing candidate collateral designed to improve offer acceptance rates. This contract position is designated as fully remote and is open exclusively to residents living in the Philippines. The required working schedule takes place from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Tuesdays through Saturdays in Philippine Standard Time. Candidates must supply their own computer equipment, maintain high-speed internet service with a backup option, possess a reliable power supply, and maintain an active bank account.
Responsibilities
- Establish the talent analytics framework from the ground up for the organization
- Define core recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, source quality, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire
- Automate reporting mechanisms to eliminate manual spreadsheet maintenance
- Establish and enforce data quality standards across the entire talent tool stack
- Partner directly with the finance department to forecast headcount and monitor approved positions
- Manage the full lifecycle of employer branding materials and recruitment collateral
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in talent analytics, recruiting operations, people analytics, or business analytics
- Hands-on expertise utilizing applicant tracking systems and human resource information systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and business intelligence dashboard creation
- Demonstrated ability to establish data governance standards and ensure organizational compliance
- Prior experience collaborating with finance teams on headcount planning and forecasting
- Residency in the Philippines with eligibility to work the specified Tuesday through Saturday overnight schedule
- Ownership of a personal laptop or desktop computer along with a valid government-issued identification card
- Access to a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps with a backup connection, plus a reliable power supply
- Possession of an active bank account or willingness to open one upon hire
