Responsibilities
- Formulate and update Later's perspective on creator talent across different platforms and cultural trends
- Source and secure creator influencers for client campaigns while balancing quality, budget, and speed
- Negotiate and execute contracts for all tiers of talent while adhering to brand safety and compliance standards
- Maintain ongoing relationships with creators, agents, and managers to secure priority access for customers
- Collaborate across departments including Services, Product, Strategy, and Research to embed a culture-first approach
- Monitor regulatory guidelines such as FTC rules and industry-specific compliance requirements
Requirements
- Possess two to three years of background in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
- Demonstrate success in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across multiple tiers
- Have experience casting talent for brands operating in heavily regulated industries
- Maintain an established network of creator, agent, and manager contacts across key platforms
- Understand social media platform dynamics, creator economics, and monetization models
- Demonstrate familiarity with FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and compliance rules
