Responsibilities
- Lead and coach collections officers to meet daily, weekly and monthly recovery targets
- Monitor delinquency buckets, recovery rates and portfolio-at-risk metrics
- Develop collection strategies and scripts for early, mid and late stages
- Work with Credit Risk and Product teams to reduce roll rates
