This position requires leading full-stack architecture choices, building distributed systems that scale, and advancing shared platform strategies across cloud, frontend, and backend environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Go and React utilizing JavaScript or TypeScript, paired with profound knowledge of cloud-native patterns and event-driven design. The role involves guiding development teams, shaping technical strategies, and delivering commercial applications from initial concept to final launch.

Responsibilities
- Guide full-stack architecture decisions and build scalable distributed systems
- Drive shared platform strategies spanning backend, frontend, and cloud ecosystems
- Design scalable service architectures and robust testing strategies including integration and end-to-end tests
- Optimize performance across the entire technology stack
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams such as product, design, and DevOps
Requirements
- At least five years of professional software engineering experience focusing on full-stack development with Go and React using JavaScript or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of backend architecture patterns like microservices, event-driven design, and domain-driven design
- Hands-on background building RESTful APIs or gRPC services in Go
- Strong proficiency in React including modern patterns, hooks, context, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand
- Proven experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi
- Solid familiarity with message brokers and event streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS
- Extensive knowledge of relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts including eventual consistency, idempotency, fault tolerance, and retry strategies
Qualifications
- Experience with serverless architectures including AWS Lambda or Cloud Functions
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Exposure to WebSocket or real-time communication protocols
- Background in gaming, virtual currency, fintech, or digital commerce domains
- Prior contributions to open-source projects
