Juniper Square seeks a Technical Consultant to join its team. In this fully remote role, the professional will serve as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the value of the platform, driving successful implementations and long-term customer relationships.
This position involves designing and delivering customized solutions to address unique business challenges, guiding clients through workflows, and ensuring high feature utilization. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business domains, partnering with various internal teams including project management, customer success, product development, and support to resolve complex challenges and influence product roadmaps. The role also requires leveraging AI tools to accelerate routine tasks, qualify client use cases, and manage documentation.
Compensation for the position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year in base salary, supplemented by a bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives and create customized adoption plans
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions to ensure timely execution
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to various user expertise levels
- Serve as a subject member expert on product functionality and industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, customer success, support, and product development teams
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for the consulting team
- Utilize AI tools to manage client books, qualify use cases, prepare documentation, and streamline recurring work
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience working with clients in the investment management industry
- Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations for executive-level audiences
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for day-to-day tasks
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Technical experience working with API implementations
- Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve technical outcomes
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
