Job Description
Canonical is establishing a Technical Manager position for automotive and industrial work. This is a fully remote, full-time role that reports straight to the VP of Engineering Excellence and works alongside the person responsible for automotive product direction.
The manager guides a worldwide group of engineers who tailor Canonical's Linux platform and open source products for vehicles and factory settings. The right candidate brings a background spanning software engineering and Linux and open source work, practical automotive or embedded experience, and a record of coaching developers and shipping on schedule.
