This remote position serves as a critical link between engineering and the broader market, converting intricate electric vehicle charging products into clear technical narratives.
The person in this role will focus on networked charging hardware, energy management software, and fleet solutions. Responsibilities include producing high-impact technical materials, equipping sales teams and partners with accurate positioning, and keeping documentation up to date as products evolve. Candidates must be able to operate autonomously, stay closely aligned with changing product features, and leverage artificial intelligence tools to scale content production while preserving quality.

Responsibilities
- Translate complex electric vehicle charging products into clear technical narratives and buyer-focused storytelling
- Support networked charging hardware, energy management software, and fleet solutions
- Produce high-impact technical content including white papers, solution briefs, competitive analyses, architecture diagrams, integration guides, and demos
- Enable sales teams and partners with accurate product positioning and technical training materials
- Ensure all technical documentation remains current as product capabilities evolve
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales enablement, and solutions engineering teams
- Engage externally through industry events, webinars, customer briefings, and public speaking
- Utilize modern tools such as artificial intelligence to scale content creation, research, and analysis
Requirements
- Possess 8 to 12 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, solutions marketing, sales engineering, or solutions engineering roles supporting complex technical products
- Demonstrate a technical background in electric vehicle charging, energy management, fleet electrification, charging infrastructure, or related energy technologies
- Show knowledge of protocols like OCPP and connected energy ecosystems
- Demonstrate a proven ability to independently create technical marketing materials and handle go-to-market initiatives
- Exhibit strong written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into customer-facing messaging
Qualifications
- Experience influencing product development based on customer and team feedback
- Experience developing competitive technical comparisons utilizing product capabilities
