Responsibilities
- Manage and track infrastructure and cloud programs to ensure schedules and milestones are met
- Partner with engineering teams to communicate program status and project requirements clearly
- Apply generative artificial intelligence tools to optimize planning, program operations, and stakeholder messaging
- Design workflows that transform repeatable tasks into efficient, low-toil operational mechanisms
- Ensure artificial intelligence usage adheres to organizational governance standards, including risk assessment and model validation
Requirements
- Possess two to four years of project or program management experience, or an equivalent background
- Demonstrate working knowledge of cloud platforms involving compute, storage, and cost concepts
- Show interest or exposure regarding infrastructure efficiency and capacity management
- Exhibit strong organizational, execution, and scheduling abilities
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting updates to engineering partners
Qualifications
- Prior background working within a large-scale consumer technology or infrastructure enterprise
- Direct experience in a capacity-focused, cost management, or FinOps function
- Familiarity with business intelligence and dashboarding software such as Tableau, Grafana, or SuperSet
- Basic proficiency in scripting languages or SQL for data retrieval and interpretation
- Exposure to distributed computing environments, artificial intelligence infrastructure, or machine learning systems
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience
