NetBox Labs seeks a full-time Technology Alliances Manager to operate as a senior individual contributor leading and scaling its strategic technology ecosystem. In this position, you will drive joint go-to-market initiatives, establish key routes to market, and secure placement on global price lists with major industry partners like Red Hat Ansible, Nvidia, Cisco, HPE, Arista Networks, and Itential. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Partnerships, you will maintain high executive visibility and collaborate extensively with internal engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.
This role suits an energetic and globally minded professional with a strong background in strategic partnerships and enterprise software. You will operate as the primary relationship owner, mapping large organizations to cultivate executive-level sponsorship and designing comprehensive joint business plans. Success is measured through launched programs, partner-influenced pipeline growth, and integration adoption.

Responsibilities
- Own the global technology alliance strategy across key partners like Red Hat Ansible, Nvidia, Cisco, HPE, Arista Networks, and Itential
- Drive NetBox Labs onto partner global price lists and integrate into resale, OEM, and marketplace programs
- Design and execute joint go-to-market motions, co-sell initiatives, and co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to ensure integration requirements and roadmaps reflect partner priorities
- Establish program objectives, scorecards, KPIs, and regular executive governance reviews
Requirements
- Accumulate five to seven or more years of professional background in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development within infrastructure technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Demonstrate direct working familiarity with top-tier network infrastructure and automation vendors such as Cisco or Red Hat Ansible
- Show a proven history of earning executive sponsorship within global matrixed organizations and converting it into tangible commercial outcomes
- Exhibit domain expertise in network infrastructure, IT operations, or network automation technologies
- Possess cross-functional collaboration skills capable of aligning internal teams without direct authority
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Earn an advanced academic degree as a potential plus
- Bring previous exposure to open source ecosystems, community-driven platform businesses, or tooling like Nornir, Terraform, and IPAM
- Demonstrate familiarity with product management, solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or agentic AI and API-first architectures
- Possess international working exposure or multilingual capabilities
