This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru at Bosch supports corporate credit card and travel and expense operations. The specialist handles card queries, payment reconciliation and disputes, guides employees on expense policy and reporting, and works with Finance and Travel teams to resolve tickets within service levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for corporate credit card users, including card and limit queries.
- Assist with payment processing, reconciliation, chargebacks and disputed transactions.
- Guide employees on expense classification and submission through the travel and expense platform.
- Resolve support tickets in ServiceNow or similar tools within SLA, and maintain knowledge-base articles.
Requirements
- Proven experience with corporate credit card operations and support.
- Basic understanding of billing, statements and chargebacks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for international stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A B.Com, M.Com or MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
- Two to five years in corporate card or travel and expense work is an advantage; Citi Bank corporate card experience is a strong advantage.
