360Learning is seeking a Trilingual Trainer to join the Professional Services team on a remote basis. Founded in 2013, the organization provides a collaborative learning software platform utilized by 1,700 companies to facilitate internal upskilling and onboarding. In this role, the professional will serve as a pedagogical and platform specialist, leading the 'One-to-Many' offering through the Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars.
This position suits a proactive individual who thrives in a results-oriented culture and enjoys teaching. The selected candidate will help clients master methodology and software capabilities to drive long-term engagement. Key responsibilities evolve over time, ranging from shadowing current workflows and obtaining platform certification within the first month, to hosting webinars, mentoring newcomers, and refining training catalogs across the first year.

Responsibilities
- Manage the One-to-Many offering, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars
- Educate clients on the collaborative learning methodology and platform features
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to address client needs and friction points
- Host Stadium webinars and update the Engagement Academy alongside product releases
- Contribute best practices to the internal Confluence knowledge base
- Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores
- Mentor new trainers and help develop advanced toolkits and training paths
Requirements
- Bring over three years of successful background as a trainer or in client-facing customer success or care roles
- Demonstrate flawless spelling, grammar, and writing skills in German, English, and French
- Possess strong listening, teaching, and clear communication abilities
- Maintain a proactive approach with a preference for a results-driven environment
