American Healthtech, a PointClickCare Company, is seeking a US- Project Manager (Enterprise) to join its team on a full-time basis. Operating as a leading health technology organization, the company develops platforms and datasets serving over 30,000 provider organizations in the long-term and post-acute care sectors. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Professional Services.
In this capacity, the professional will serve as the main client liaison, directing multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects at the same time. The role centers on supporting enterprise clients, collaborating with various internal groups and customer stakeholders to deploy complex solutions across diverse markets and locations. Candidates will manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and resources while ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support upon project closure.

Responsibilities
- Comprehend the business and technical needs of each customer
- Act as the primary contact for customer stakeholders throughout all project phases
- Initiate project kick-off meetings with clients and delivery teams
- Establish project scope, goals, outcomes, timelines, deliverables, and required resources
- Oversee multiple software implementations covering budgets, schedules, communications, and deliverables
- Coordinate activities across enterprise customer locations and internal teams
- Guide the implementation team and evaluate deliverables produced by members
- Track and communicate project progress, obstacles, and proposed solutions
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive successful adoption of company solutions and transition clients to ongoing support
- Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal tools
- Handle competing priorities across multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen the project management discipline
Requirements
- Experience managing complex software implementations, particularly for enterprise or multi-site clients
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

Qualifications
- Prior background in healthcare technology such as EHR, EMR, or Pharmacy solutions
