Job Description
Veriff, a provider of identity verification technology, is recruiting a Vice President of Revenue Marketing to run its worldwide team that generates and accelerates pipeline. The function covers ABM, demand generation, digital marketing, website and search work, field events and customer marketing, and it coordinates closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and Product Marketing.
The VP answers for pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration and the return on marketing spend. The company seeks an architect of integrated B2B programs with real depth in ABM who can still roll up sleeves when needed. The role comes with freedom to define strategy, team design and operating model rather than follow an existing blueprint.
During the first three months the VP reviews funnel results, channel allocation, budget, attribution and staffing, and aligns with Sales on target accounts and ABM tiers spanning one-to-one, one-to-few and scaled efforts. Shared pipeline definitions and metrics are agreed with RevOps. Within six months the goal is integrated ABM and demand programs on priority accounts, measurable growth in sourced and influenced pipeline, and a 12-month plan.
Essential experience includes senior B2B marketing leadership, typically ten or more years in enterprise software or technology, plus owning budgets and delivering demand programs with measurable revenue. Helpful additions include work in identity, security or fintech, hands-on SEO and AI-driven discovery, executive dinners and roundtables, customer advocacy programs and multi-region go-to-market teams. The posting does not state a salary. Perks listed include home-working flexibility, stock options, extra recharge days, medical, dental and vision coverage, a learning budget and a four-week paid sabbatical after five years.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of the global revenue marketing engine
- Review funnel results, channel split, budget, attribution and team design, then share findings with Sales and RevOps
- Align with Sales on which accounts to target and how to tier ABM plays: one-to-one, one-to-few and scaled
- Set pipeline definitions and KPIs jointly with Revenue Operations
- Run integrated ABM and demand generation across priority accounts
- Move investment toward channels with the strongest commercial returns
- Deliver trusted attribution reporting and a sequenced 12-month marketing plan
Requirements
- Senior B2B marketing leadership across several disciplines, ideally a decade or more in enterprise software or tech
- Strong ABM skills spanning account selection, intent data, personalization and multi-channel orchestration
- Demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue
- Commercial and analytical command of funnel metrics, attribution and ROI
- Experience owning and deploying budget
- Builder mindset: prioritize decisively and stay hands-on enough to execute
Qualifications
