Job Description
Zopa is running a 2027 graduate analyst programme in London. Graduates work on questions that shape product design, lending criteria and target markets, turning data into insight and insight into action. The role is full time and hybrid. The posting describes the Canary Wharf office as spacious and open plan, with private terraces.
The opening four months combine structured training with four placements, each finished with a project. Topics cover an introduction to Zopa and technical skills in SQL and Python, applied large language models, data science using gradient boosted and sequence models, and the economics behind product design and lending. Zopa uses AI tools throughout its work, and each placement includes instruction in their use.
After training, graduates move into one of the analytics teams. Options named in the posting include Credit Strategy, Product Analytics, Data Science and a Risk Lab that applies large language models and deep learning to challenges including customer journeys, financial crime and technology incidents.
Applications opened on 1 September and close at 9am UK time on Sunday 25 October. Selection starts with an online assessment through Aon of roughly 45 minutes, followed by a recorded video interview of up to 45 minutes. Candidates who pass are invited to in-person case study days at Canary Wharf, then to remote final-stage interviews. Offers are expected to go out by late January.
