Worldly is hiring an Account Manager, Supply Chain ESG to join its Growth Team and manage ongoing program development for client accounts. Worldly operates as a public benefit corporation providing an impact intelligence platform utilized by global brands, retailers, and manufacturers to track supply chain sustainability data. In this position, the account manager will shift historically reactive accounts into proactive, high-value relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring clients maximize the utility of the platform's portfolio. The professional in this role reports directly to the SVP, Growth, and collaborates closely with the Product and Partnerships departments.

Responsibilities

  • Meet performance targets for both revenue growth and account engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of client accounts
  • Manage an opportunity pipeline and forecast weekly revenue from renewals, upsells, and indirect sources
  • Contribute to the ongoing design of the corporate Accounts program and seek out process improvements
  • Partner with Product and Partnerships groups to integrate new internal and third-party offerings into account management

Requirements

  • Proven background in a comparable account management position
  • Experience working closely with colleagues in a remote setting
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Background in a technology, SaaS, or related industry handling a high volume of B2B relationships
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability through professional or personal background
